Franciscans for the Poor offers youth and young adult groups the opportunity to spend a week living in community while volunteering during the day for area non-profit organizations.

We focus on simplicity, spirituality, and service.

Franciscans for the Poor hosts local and regional youth groups from schools, parishes, or colleges for retreats and/or service experiences.

Groups volunteer at 30 different local social service agencies. Over 475 people participate each year, contributing more than 10,000 hours of service to the Cincinnati community. Groups stay at Tau House in St. Bernard.
