Haircuts from the Heart provides haircuts for people who are homeless, elderly, disabled, or poor.
Our services boost the self-esteem and dignity of participants, allow children to fit in at school, and give adults a “job ready” appearance.
Our program offers access to affordable hair care through a mobile salon, a mini-salon in the new Mary Magdalen House in the St. Anthony Center in Over-The-Rhine, and a voucher program.
We are on track to provide more than 3,600 haircuts this year!
Haircuts from the Heart
We need Ohio licensed volunteer stylists or stylists in-training to assist in the mini-salon and the mobile program.

For Cincinnatians experiencing homelessness, a haircut is about more than looks.
